I offer one-on-one consultations in
the comfort of your own home OR
in my Sea Point Offices. This initial consultation is a get-to -know-you session, where we gather all your medical background, eating habits and weight history, clinical signs
and lifestyle factors.
I use this information to calculate
a very individualized eating plan, incorporating the micro- and macro goals discussed together in the session.

The menu allows you to cook once and eat twice. Leftovers become work & school lunch. Bulk cooking gives you have freezer meals to stay on track on the busy weekdays. Prior planning prevents poor performance - having healthy snack options and non-perishables reduces temptations.
