  • How is different from other Weight Loss programmes?
    Our approach pairs you with a Dietician who will get to know your PERSONAL daily challenges, your weak areas and your food preferences. This buddy system gives you daily support, encouragement and most of all accountability to keep up the consistency. We are not a FAD diet - we focus on small behaviour changes that become your way of life. We use very mindful based approaches and include all food groups in the programme. It is a sustainable program to unlock the healthiest version of yourself.
  • Are there specialised plans for different goals?
    Yes - we have Dieticians who focus on: Diabetes Sugar Control Cholesterol Lowering Blood Pressure Management Allergy & Exclusion Plans Weight Loss & Management Plant & Vegan Plans IBS & Gut Health Body Positivity Plans Intuitive Eating
  • How do the 3-8-12 week Programs work?
    In the Initial Consultation for all Programs you will meet your assigned Dietician coach. Thorough questionnaires on Dietary Intake & Frequency, Diet History, Medical History, General Lifestyle and Movement are discussed to get a better sense of where you are starting. We then map out micro (mini weekly) goals and realistic macro (long-term) goals together. This is followed by weekly (depending on the length of the programme signed up for) one-on-one follow-up sessions. A portion of the session is spent on the weekly education topic. This material is used to explain and then implement behaviour changes and new habits to achieve the short-term and long-term goals. We then review the progress on food diaries, physical activity log and any hurdles faced. Finally we set weekly personal goals for eating and exercise and look at ways of navigating any challenges presenting in the upcoming week. Remember your Dietician coach is your Partner through-out this journey.
  • Is Exercise and Movement included in the Program?
    We are super-excited to have partnered with a Certified Sports Scientist & Personal Trainer who will customise an exercise plan according to your goals, your available time and how you enjoy moving your body. Your Dietician Coach will also assist in recommending ways to increase your daily movement.
  • Do I receive an Eating Plan?
    Yes - after your Initial Consultation - all information will be analysed, and based on the goals, your fully Customised Eating Plan will be scientifically calculated. You will receive a fully integrated eating plan with multiple options per meal & snack. You will also have access to quick and easy Recipe Database.
  • How do you measure progress and success?
    Success is NOT based purely on the number on the scale. We incorporate non-scale victories such as the fit of clothes, energy levels, mental clarity. In fact - our number prize is your new confidence levels.
  • What if it doesn't work?
    We have had over 15 years of experience in Healthy Weight Loss and Sustainable goals. We are not promoting a quick fix. Patience, Perseverance and Partnership are what we guarantee you as support on this weight loss journey.
  • How do I know which is the correct Program for me?
    During your Initial Consultation when we are mapping out goals, we will recommend a program for you depending on what you are wanting to achieve.
  • How long do I need to sign up for?
    At the end of the first program - depending on how close you are to your big goal - you can renew for another 4-8-12 week program. The skill building sessions will then change to new material not already covered and you can downgrade sessions to every 2nd week. You and your Dietician will collaboratively make the decision of how to move forward.
  • Do you offer Couples or Group sessions?
    Yes! We offer couples the option of meeting at same time in a shared session OR separate sessions with the same Dietician Coach. Group sessions are offered at certain times of the year and include a maximum of 6-8 members per group.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
