Recipe : Lee’s Lemony Chicken Strips

Ready in 20 minutes

Serves 4 people


  • 6 skinless chicken breasts - sliced

  • 2-3 lemons

  • ⅓ cup olive oil

  • 1 TBS Chicken Seasoning Salt

  • 1 tsp Honey

  • ½ tsp Spanish Paprika


  1. Pour all the Marinade ingredients f into a bottle OR Ziplock packet and combine

  2. Place the chicken pieces in a ziplock bag and squeeze all the air out and massage well to coat evenly. Leave to marinade for 30min - 4hours

  3. When ready to cook: Switch stove on to medium - high heat and coat pan with small drizzle olive oil

  4. Season the chicken strips with salt & pepper & place 8-10 mini fillet pieces OR 3 -4 breasts in pan 4-5 min → golden

  5. Turn once & repeat for another 4-5 min

  6. When cooked, remove from heat, and add the sauce to bubble through! This is the lemony sauce to drizzle over the rice - the best part :)


  8. Set aside and cover with tinfoil till serving / reheating to retain moisture
